In the glass of the blender, mixes temperature butter with the sugar and salt and beat with electric rods to increase volume and sugar is well integrated. Then add the eggs one at a time, beating until it is all absorbed by the mass. Add the almond flour and beat again until well incorporated. And then they mix the sifted flour and the impeller, and beat again. Finally, add the goat cheese at room temperature to make it easier to mix. And stir well until the mixture homogeneous. It sets the mass (thick and quite dense) into a pastry bag and fill the molds of paper. Bake 5-10 minutes until they are cooked (toothpick should come out clean). Let it cool and s'empolsimen the herb that you like (in this case, I empolsimat thyme). Bon appetit!
