This winter's dark and cold nights begin to draw to a close, and spring happy and considerably warmer days come forward. At this time, many people with eyes fixed on sunny days on the beach decides to kick off the training seriously. But which of all gyms and fitness centers, which spread out over the city streets and alleys to choose? Gefla High pressure will of course help, and to this end, visited the gym on the Far Höjderbadet.
A little under ten minutes long walk, across the parking lot, past the Ex-house and through one of the city's beautiful Villa neighborhood, is the only thing that lies between the University of Gävle and the Far Höjderbadet. Due to the location a stone's throw away from Middle-earth Lunden (assuming you can throw a rock about 700 meters) is the Far Höjderbadet the gym which is absolutely the closest School.
After the fresh promenade, which also witnessed a series of picket buses outside Gävle District Court located opposite, you enter into a bright and welcoming entrance hall with reception, palm trees, café and kiosk. The dressing room adjacent to the gym may not be the highest rating, because it is small and lacks cabinet. If you, like myself, back splash has invested in a combined fitness and Swim problem is solved because the changing rooms at the bath is both spacious and equipped with sturdy cabinet. In other cases, you simply get permission to pack their valuables in your bag and take it with you into the gym.
The gym features of the current visitor described as "small but effective", which to some extent is true. To call the gym a little, I consider to be quite unnecessary, because one does not know of any kind of congestion or lack of space. Far heights themselves claim to the gym and tools are designed to suit everyone, no matter how accustomed you are in strength training. After trying on all 15 machines, one can not but agree with. Besides the machines are also two treadmills, two ellipticals, three bikes, a rowing machine, a cable crossover, two bench presses, and a dumbbell corner with free weights. The gym offers just what is needed - nothing more and nothing less.
In addition to gym training provides the Far Höjderbadet both land passport and spirit, which include fitness back splash classes and training with kettlebells organized. Unfortunately, neither country passports or water passes in a gym membership, but requires an associated term card which man holding of gym membership can buy at a discounted price. A popular concept in the Far Höjderbadet is to combine training with swimming or bathing. Own experience has been that concept helped to find the motivation to actually go to the gym. And best of all is that the difference between the price of a purely gym membership and a combined fitness and Swim is extremely small. Together with a student discount of 25% is Far Höjderbadet not only a geographical dream location for students, but also a very affordable fitness options.
