Another köksö Day A. .. In The Kitchen! And today we have fritattas Vegetables! The fritattas are very versatile and are an excellent option for quick and healthy dinners during köksö the week or even to bring in lunch for lunch at work. I bring you the mini version are and were very good!
Ingredients 4 eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 4 medium mushrooms 1 shallot 1/2 courgette 1 olive oil Fresh thyme to taste cheese roquefort Quilting salt pepper to taste Preheat oven to 180 º. Grate the courgette, cut the mushrooms into slices and chop the shallot. In a skillet with a little olive oil, sweat the shallot and add the mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes and add the courgette. Season with salt and pepper, leave 2 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool. Beat the eggs with the cream, season with salt and pepper and add the vegetables. Pour into the prepared muffin forms, crumble a little roquefort on top of each and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with a salad.
