Yes think, about two weeks family house we live in for sale. Yesterday we had a visit from property valuer, and it went very well. Got home sales report today. The property was built in 1992 and we have refurbished all rooms (except kitchen which was renovated just before we moved in).
It is the first time I and my husband wants to sell a house before we bought kitchen images this we rented an apartment in Rogaland. We bought really a semi-detached, but the project was postponed for two years. That's why we bought it we live in now, and I'm very happy. It has taken some time and money, because we would have a good standard of accommodation. So that when we sell it again, we know that everything is in order. In that time we purchased the property (2008) there were many who were looking for a home remodel, now the trend that people will move in homes that are new or refurbished.
Our accommodation is 122 square meters including stalls. There are three (four bedrooms) in total in the house. The ground floor comprises; laundry room, storage room, bathroom, kitchen images bedroom with access kitchen images to cloakroom / utility room, kitchen and living room. The second floor hallway, bathroom, bedroom (we use as a loft), even one bedroom and one small bedroom / storage room with sloping window. We have suitably large garden without past, much of the property kitchen images is screened from view and we have a terrace with morning, afternoon and some evening sun. A little sad to have to move from here, but looking forward a lot to the new residence is completed.
I'm very bad at posting update pictures from the new house. I'll love you one picture bonanza soon :) We are very far; plumber is finished, the electrician kitchen images is well underway and carpenters have begun lining and put in place in recent kitchen images windows. All interior walls are up, it is isolated completed and when the electrician kitchen images is finished kitchen images and the ventilation is ready, then we begin to plaster walls .. think it goes incredibly fast I. We have been lucky with the professionals we have chosen ..
